Kirstin Butcher, Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Over the last 20 years Kirstin has built and run companies across Australia, Hong Kong, Indonesia and Canada. At Genvis, Kirstin is our fearless leader, setting the company strategy and vision and working as Co-Head of Product to build products that deliver public good. Kirstin works tirelessly with and on behalf of customers to deliver our mission of transforming public safety globally.

Adam Stanning, Chief Design Officer

Adam is a seasoned design executive and art director. Prior to joining Genvis, he led a multi-award-winning UK-based creative design agency, delivering impactful digital experiences. At Genvis, he drives the design-led approach, co-develops product strategy, and takes customers beyond their initial vision, setting new standards for design and innovation.

Brad Birt, Chief Operating Officer

Brad brings two decades of experience in strategy, innovation, technology, and public value initiatives across Australia and Canada. Whilst living in Vancouver he served on the Board of the Metro Vancouver Transit Police. Brad oversees operations at Genvis, translating the company’s strategy and vision into effective, scalable processes that drive organisational growth and impact.

Brenda Dhillon, Country Manager, Canada

Brenda brings a wealth of experience in management consulting, startups, and non-profits. At Genvis, she leads Canadian business development, focusing on strategic planning, client acquisition, and market growth. Brenda is especially passionate about our work in social services, collaborating closely with customers on our flagship case management product to achieve the best possible outcomes for at-risk individuals and communities.
